desired consistency (If necessary, STOP BLENDER, use rubber spatula to keep
mixture around the processing blades. Cover and continue to process.)

PIMIENTO CHEESE SPREAD
Vs cup (75mL) mayonnaise
1 jar (2 ounces or 56 g) pimientos,

1 cup (2S0mL) Cheddar cheese cubes
Put first four ingredients and half the cheese into Osterizer blender container Cover
and process at BLEND until smooth. Remove feeder cap and add remaining cheese
gradually. Process until smooth and creamy. (If necessary, STOP BLENDER, use
rubber spatula to keep mixture around processing blades. Cover and continue to
process.)
Yield: IVi cups (375mL)
DRIED BEEF SANDWICH HLLING
V 4 cup (SOmL) milk
1 package (3 ounces or 85 g)
dried beef, cut in 1"
(2.5 cm) pieces
1 package (3 ounces or 8S g) cream
cheese, cubed and softened
2 teaspoons (lOmL) prepared

Put all Ingredients into Osterizer blender container Cover and process at GRIND
until smooth. (If necessary, STOP BLENDER, use rublser spatula to keep mixture
around processing blades. Cover and continue to process.) Spread on bread for
sandwiches or spread on crackers and party rye for appetizers.

6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
Vs cup (7SmL) mayonnaise
V/i teaspoons (7mL) lemon jutee
IVi teaspoon (7mL) prepared mustard
1 teaspoon (SmL) Wbrcesterehire
sauce
^/i teaspoon (2mL) saK
dash pepper
dash hot pepper sauce
Put 2 eggs into Osterizer blender container Cover and process 2 cycles at STIR.
Empty into bowl and repeat with remaining eggs. Put remaining ingredients Into
blender container. Cover and process at CHOP until mixed. Add to eggs and mix
thoroughly.
