D Transmitting a polling request call
Transmt a pollng request call when you want to know f a
specfic vessel s wthn communcaton range.
q Push [MENU] to enter the DSC menu.
w Rotate [DIAL] to select "Polling Request," push
[DIAL•ENTER].

e Rotate [DIAL] to select the desred pre-programmed
ndvdual address or "Manual Input," push [DIAL•
ENTER].
• The ID code can be set n advance. (p. 17)
• When "Manual Input" s selected, set the 9-dgt MMSI
number for the ndvdual you wsh to call by rotatng [DIAL].
