6-5. Setting the maximum sewing speed

The maximum sewing speed can be set to a speed from 220 sti/min up to the maximum sewing speed which is set for the
head detector unit.
If the treadle is depressed as far as it will go, sewing will be carried out at the maximum sewing speed which is set here.
* This setting cannot be carried out if the lock function is on. (For details on turning the lock function off, refer to "6-7.
Lock function".)

NOTE:
While the indicator of the MAX key is illuminated, all keys other than the
disabled.
If the MAX key is pressed once more, the indicator of the MAX key will switch off and normal key operations can then be
carried out.
