or SLOW button to set your desired target heart rate. Press the STOP/ENTER button to
confirm the target heart rate. Press the START button to start exercise, the computer
screen will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt
starts moving. Time starts counting down from preset HRC program time to 0:00 per 1
second backward. Hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors. The HRC program is
designed to keep your heart at a desired amount of "beats per minute" by automatically
adjusting the speed. For example, you have programmed in a desired heart rate of 120
bpm and your heart rate is only at 100 bpm, the speed will automatically increase 0.3km/h
of running speed to intensify the work load, causing your heart rate to slowly climb to 120
bpm. The treadmill will attempt to maintain your target heart rate through adjustments to
the speed for the remainder of your workout. If your heart rate is above your desired heart
rate of 120 bpm, the speed will decrease 0.3km/h of running speed to lower your heart rate
of 120 bpm. When the preset HRC program time counts down to 0:00, the computer will
begin beeping to remind you. The running speed will decelerate half of original speed.
The split window of TIME will countdown from 2:30 minutes to 0:00. The computer is enter
into cool down mode. When time counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop
automatically.
Training In USER Program Mode:
This computer system offers 2 USER programs for two people setting his/her own program.
Press the PROGRAM button to select training program USER1 or USER2. The indicate
LED will light up. The split window of TIME will begin blinking for pre-setting training
program time. The initial pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes. Press the FAST
or SLOW button to pre-set training program time. The pre-set training program time range
is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Press the STOP/ENTER button to confirm the pre-set
training program time. The first interval of user program graphic will flash for pre-setting
speed. Press the FAST or SLOW button to pre-set speed for the first interval of user
program graphic. Press the STOP/ENTER button to confirm the speed for the first interval
of user program graphic. There are 20 intervals for pre-setting the speed. Repeat above
steps to pre-set the speed from the second interval to the twentieth interval. After
pre-setting all the speed and then press the START button to start exercise, the computer
screen will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt
starts moving. Running speed will change according to your own pre-set program graphic
automatically. When the USER program time counts down to 0:00, the computer will
begin beeping to remind you. The running speed will decelerate half of original speed.
The split window of TIME will countdown from 2:30 minutes to 0:00. The computer is enter
into cool down mode. When time counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop
automatically.
NOTE: When the exercise is stop, and all buttons are not operated for over 4 minutes, the
computer display shows up the clock time and room temperature that is called sleep mode.
