Training In Program Mode:
This computer system offers 6 different preset programs. Press the PROGRAM button to
select one of six programs. The indicate LED will light up. The split window of TIME will
begin blinking for pre-setting training program time. The initial pre-set training program
time is 30:00 minutes. Press the FAST or SLOW button to pre-set training program time.
The pre-set training program time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Press the START
button to start exercise, the computer screen will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD
showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. Time starts counting down from
preset program time to 0:00 per 1 second backward. Running speed will change
according to the program graphic automatically. When the pre-set program time counts
down to 0:00, the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The running speed will
decelerate half of original speed. The split window of TIME will countdown from 2:30
minutes to 0:00. The computer is enter into cool down mode. When time counts down to
0:00, the running belt will stop automatically.

Training In HRC Program Mode:
Press the PROGRAM button to select HRC program. The HRC LED will light up. The
split window of TIME will begin blinking for pre-setting training HRC program time. The
initial pre-set training HRC program time is 30:00 minutes. Press the FAST or SLOW
button to pre-set training HRC program time. Press the STOP/ENTER button to confirm
the preset training HRC program time and the computer screen will display ENTER HRC
Target. The split window of PULSE will begin blinking for setting your desired target heart
rate. The initial pre-set target heart rate is 120 bpm (beats per minute). Press the FAST
