time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Once you pre-set target time, press the START
button to start exercise, the computer screen will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD
showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The running belt starts moving at a
speed of 0.8 KPH. You may press the FAST or SLOW button on the computer console or
handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. TIME starts
counting down from pre-set target time to 0:00 per 1 second backward. When the pre-set
target time counts down to 0:00, the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The
running speed will decelerate half of original speed. The window of TIME will countdown
from 2:30 minutes to 0:00. The computer is enter into cool down mode. When time
counts down to 0:00, the running belt will stop automatically.
SPEED: Displays the current speed from the minimum 0.8 KPH to the maximum 16.0 KPH.
You may increase or decrease the speed by pressing the FAST or SLOW button on the
computer console or handlebar. You may also press one of INSTANT SPEED buttons
(3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km) on the computer console, the running speed will change to 3
KPH, 6 KPH, 9 KPH, or 12 KPH immediately.
DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during workout. Press the
START button to start exercise, the computer screen will countdown 3 seconds with the
LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The belt will start moving with
an initial speed of 0.8 KPH. You may press the FAST or SLOW button on the computer
console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. You
may also pre-set target distance in STOP mode before training when MAN LED lights up.
To set DISTANCE press the MODE button until you see the DISTANCE begin blinking and
the screen displays Distance Goal. Press the FAST or SLOW button to change the
distance, each time you press the FAST or SLOW button DISTANCE should change by
0.1 km. The pre-set target distance range is from 0.50 to 99.00 km. Once you pre-set
target distance, press the START button to start exercise, the computer screen will
countdown 3 seconds with the LCD showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving.
The running belt starts moving at a speed of 0.8 KPH. You may the press the FAST or
SLOW button on the computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running
speed during exercise. Distance starts counting down from pre-set target distance to 0.00.

may also pre-set target calories in STOP mode before training when MAN LED lights up.

the screen displays Calories Goal. Press the FAST or SLOW button to change the
calories, each time you press the FAST or SLOW button CALORIES should change by 10
