    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Locking Knob Step 1 Remove all parts and unit from the carton, then place the unit in the upright position with one person to hold the Handlebar Support Frame (26) with both hands and the other person to place one hand on the rear end of Main Frame (1) and the other hand to loosen the Locking Knob by turning it in a counterclockwise direction.
  • Page 10 Tool: 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Step 2 Remove four M5x12 Bolts (34) from the Computer (33). Remove bolts with the 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Insert the wires that come from the Computer (33) into the hole on the computer bracket of the Handlebar Support Frame (26).

    STORAGE LIFTING UP THE TREADMILL Lift the rear end of the main frame up and align Locking Knob hole. Tighten the Locking Knob by turning it in a clockwise direction into a hole on the main frame. (See Figures A and B.) The unit can be carefully tilted onto its transport wheels for easy moving and storage.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER Quick Start: Flip the Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to the ON position. The treadmill will self-test for 2 seconds on startup after 2 seconds long beep. Before beginning a workout session ensure that the Safety Tether Key is properly placed onto the Computer Console and the Safety Clip is securely attached to an article of your clothing.
  • Page 14 Computer Functions: TIME: Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Press the ON button and then press the SPEED UP button to start exercise. The running belt starts moving at speed of 0.8 KPH. You may press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button on the computer console to increase or decrease running speed during exercise.
  • Page 15 to 0. When the pre-set target calories count down to 0, the computer will begin beeping to remind you. The treadmill will stop operation automatically. PULSE: The PULSE window will display your current heart rate 4 - 5 seconds after you grip the handlebar sensors with both your hands during exercise.

    CARE, MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, please turn off and unplugg(ed) the treadmill before cleaning or performing routine maintenance. CLEANING The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents.

    BELT ADJUSTMENT AND LUBRICATION Belt Adjustment: The belt is adjusted at the factory; it may come loose during transportation and/or from use. After prolong use of the treadmill, the belt will stretch out. If the belt is shifting to the left, turn on the main power switch of treadmill and let the belt run at the speed of 2-3 KPH.
  • Page 18: Warm Up And Cool Down Routine

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 19 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
