FOLDING UP THE TREADMILL IN A VERTICAL POSITION:
Firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Carefully lift the end of the treadmill up into the
upright position until the Spring Knob "pops" down into the locked position. Check the
Spring Knob is "pop" down into the locked position before removing the M8x16 Knobs.
Remove both M8x16 Knobs from the Handlebar and Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes.
Push the Handlebar all the way down and then attach both M8x16 Knobs back onto the
Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes that were removed. (See diagrams A, B, and C.)

SETTING DOWN THE TREADMILL IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION:
To set down the treadmill, place one hand on the back end of the treadmill and the other
hand to pull the Spring Knob, then carefully lower the deck to the ground until the Spring
Knob "pops" down into the locked position.
Remove both M8x16 Knobs from the Handlebar and Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes.
Push the Handlebar all the way down and then attach both M8x16 Knobs back onto the
Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes that were removed.
Remove both M8x16 Knobs from Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes and Base
Frame. Push both Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes all the way down and then
attach both M8x16 Knobs back onto the Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes that
were removed. (See diagrams D, E, and F.)
