    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 18 55 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 1 Connect the Sensor Wire I (8) from the Base Frame (14) to the Sensor Wire II (57) from the Right Handlebar Support (32R). Then install the Right and Left Handlebar Supports (32R, 32L) to the Base Frame (14) by inserting the Right and Left Handlebar Supports (32R, 32L) into the Base Frame (14), using eight M8x16mm Bolts (18) and eight M8 Spring Washers (55).
  • Page 10 18 55 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 2 Position the Base Frame Support Tube (79) in front of Base Frame (14) and align bolt holes. Attach the Base Frame Support Tube (79) onto the Base Frame (14) with four M8x16mm Bolts (18) and four M8 Spring Washers (55). NOTE: Do not fully tighten hardware in step 2 until step 6 is completed.

Attach the Handlebar Support Tube (78) onto the Right and Left Handlebar Supports (32R, 32L) with four M8x16mm Bolts (18) and four M8 Spring Washers (55).
  • Page 12 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 4 Remove two M8x16mm Bolts (18) and two M8 Spring Washers (55) from the Base Frame Support Tube (79). Position the Backrest Tube (80) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) and align bolt holes. Attach the Backrest Tube (80) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) with two M8x16mm Bolts (18) and two M8 Spring Washers (55) that were removed.
  • Page 13 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Step 6 Connect the Sensor Wire II (57) from the Right Handlebar Support (32R) to the Sensor Wire III (21) from the Handlebar (5). Then install the Handlebar (5) with Computer (16) to the Right and Left Handlebar Supports (32R, 32L) by inserting the Handlebar (5) connecting brackets into the end of the Right and Left Handlebar Supports (32R, 32L), using six M8x16mm Bolts (18) and six M8 Spring Washers (55).

Remove two M8x16mm Bolts (18) and two M8 Spring Washers (55) from the Base Frame Support Tube (79). Position the Foot Bar Frame (94) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) and Upright Tube (80) and align bolt holes.

Attach the Cushion (84) onto the Upright Tube (80) with two M8x48mm Bolt (81). Tighten bolts with the 6mm Allen Wrench provided. Remove one M8 Cap Nut (51) and one M8x55mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolt (83) from the Seat Cushion Frame (86).
  • Page 16 Tool: Allen Wrench 6mm Wrench Step 10 Remove one M8 Cap Nut (51) and one M8x40mm Bolt (73) from the Waist Twisting Disk Frame (88). Position the Waist Twisting Disk Frame (88) onto the Base Frame Support Tube (79) and align bolt holes.

    FOLDING UP AND SETTING DOWN THE TREADMILL FOLDING UP THE TREADMILL Place one hand on the rear end of the main frame and the other hand to pull the Spring Knob, then lift the main frame up from the rear of treadmill until the Spring Knob "pops" down into the locked position.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER Quick Start: Press Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to ON position. Before beginning a workout session ensure that the Safety Tether Key is properly installed onto the Computer Console and the Safety Clip is securely attached to an article of your clothing.

To make upward adjustment for setting gender, age, height, and weight of user in body fat program mode. To make upward adjustment for presetting target training time and desired target heart rate in HRC program mode.
  • Page 20 showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The running belt starts moving with the speed at 0.8km/h. You may press FAST or SLOW button on the computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. Distance starts counting up.

    CARE, MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, please turn off and unplugged the treadmill before cleaning or routine maintenance. CLEANING The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents.
  • Page 24: Running Belt Adjustment And Lubrication

    RUNNING BELT ADJUSTMENT AND LUBRICATION Running Belt Adjustment: The running belt is adjusted at the factory; it may come loose during transportation and from use. After prolong use of running, the belt will stretch out. If the running belt is shifting to the left, turn on the main power switch of treadmill and let the running belt run at the speed of 2-3 km/h.

    INCLINE ADJUSTMENT Incline Adjustment: Place one hand on the rear end of main frame. Lift the main frame up then adjust the Incline Beam to the desired position. Please refer to the diagram.

    HOW TO USE Waist Twisting Disc The Waist Twisting Disk helps the user shape up the waists, inner thighs, and buttocks rapidly. Instruction: Put your feet on the waist twisting disc, twist your waist and abdomen at the left and right sides. Mini Stepper The Mini Stepper provides a solid workout in a short amount of time.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
  • Page 28 SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.
  • Page 29 TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
