Memory Substitute Reception

If the facsimile cannot print a received document, the received document is
stored in the memory until it becomes printable. This function is referred to
as the Memory substitute reception.
- The stored document is printed when you solve the problem (such as a
paper jam).
- Memory substitute reception will not work if the memory is full.
Transferring the jobs after Memory Substitute Reception
Jobs received by the Memory Substitute Reception can be transferred to
another address.

Press [Job List].

Press [RX/User Box] tab.

Press [Forward].
– The screen is the one that is displayed when 2 lines are used.

Select a job to be transferred from the list and press [Dest].

Specify the address.
– To enter the address directly, press [Direct Input].
– To specify an address from the Address Book, press [Select from
Address Book].
