TEC ACTIVE LED indicates that TEC output is on. For Model 6000M and
6000MF, Green OSC LED and AMP LED indicate the oscillator and amplifier are
on, respectively. The on state of the TEC is indicated on the master display. The
LCD display shows details of active channels.
