Overview of telephone functions

Lock (! p. 45)
You can protect your telephone against unauthorised use.
Loudspeaker (! p. 20)
You can switch on the loudspeaker so you can hear the caller hands-free.
M
Message (! p. 38)
You can look to see if there is a message for you.
Mute
You can switch off the microphone in your handset during a call.
The caller will then not hear what you say.

Short code keys (! p. 13)
If you press the short code key, you can then enter the desired code num-
ber.
Setting up a dial code
This allows you to call numbers that are stored in the system -- irrespective
of your access rights. If you enter the code number, the complete number is
dialled automatically. You can dial other digits in addition to the code num-
ber (e.g. a direct inward dialling number).

The call list contains all calls which you did not answer.
