Making a call
Telephoning via the system from a remote location -
You can telephone via the system from a remote location so that e.g. expensive
overseas calls can be carried out via the system. The call charges are then carried
by the system owner. This is possible from every telephone with direct access tone
dialling (DTMF).

Enter the tie line circuit trunk prefix for your system, e.g. 89. You will
hear a dialling tone as confirmation.
dialling code and the number you want to call via the telephone system,
e.g. 0004197543. This number is dialled immediately.
• "Telephoning via the system from a remote location" must be enabled by Tenovis
Service. Service will tell you what tie line circuit trunk prefix to use and whether a
PIN number is needed.
• In some cases, you can only call via the system from particular predetermined
telephones. Service will tell you about this.
