Headset - - making a call
Enter the desired call number on your telephone.
Press "Monitoring" function key. The LED next to the function key lights up and
the microphone symbol ( ) appears in the display. A soon as the other party ans-
wers, you can speak to them via the headset.
If you want to end the call:
Press "Monitoring" function key again (the LED goes out).
• If the call number you want to dial is stored in the call list or the redial list, you
can dial from there and then press the "Monitoring" function key.
• In order for someone else to be able to hear your call, you must first of all lift the
handset. The other party can then also be heard via the handset (it is not
possible to speak into the handset). Then select the "Loudspeaker on" menu
item and press the "OK" key to activate your telephone's loudspeaker. The other
party can now be heard through the headset and the telephone loudspeaker
• If you do not want the other party to hear what you are saying, you can select
the "Mute" menu item on your telephone or press the appropriate key on the
headset. If you press the key again, then you can once again be heard.
