INSPECTION
Check the face seal for wear or damage.
Replace the face seal with a new one if
necessary.
Check each roller for wear or damage.
Measure the weight roller O.D.
Service Limit: 22.4 mm (0.8819 in)
Measure the moveable drive face bushing I.D.
Service Limit: 27.06 mm (1.065 in)
Check the drive face collar for wear or damage.
Measure the O.D. at the drive face sliding
surface.
Service Limit: 26.94 mm (1.061 in)
Check the driver face for wear or damage.
Measure the drive face depth with the straight
edge and feeler gauge.
Service Limit: 0.4 mm (0.0016 in)
Check the moveable drive face for wear or
damage.
Measure the drive face depth with the straight
edge and feeler gauge.
Service Limit: 0.4 mm (0.0016 in)
