    With the included or a regular Ethernet cable, the SIP-T20P IP phone can be powered from a PoE-compliant switch or hub. PoE is not applicable to the SIP-T20 IP phone. To connect the PoE for t he SIP-T20P IP phone: Connect the Ethernet cable between the Internet port on the phone and an available port on the in-line power switch/hub.

    Customizing Your Phone You can manage your phone’s local directory via phone or web user interface. But you can only import or export the contact list via web user interface. To import an XML file of contact list via web user interface: Click on Directory->Local Directory.

Call history lists support 100 entries in all. You can view the call history, place a call, add a contact or delete an entry from the call history list.

    Basic Call Features The procedures to set up a network conference call for specific servers may be different from that introduced above. Contact your system administrator for more information. You can use call park to place a call on hold, and then retrieve the call from another phone in the system (for example, a phone in another office or conference room).

    You can use call pickup to answer someone else’s incoming call on the phone. The SIP-T20P/SIP-T20 IP phone supports directed call pickup and group call pickup. Directed call pickup is used for picking up a call that is ringing at a specific phone number. Group call pickup is used for picking up a call that is ringing at any phone number in the group.
