Installing the Top Cosmetic Cover
1.
Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this book.
2.
Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable.
3.
Attach the top cosmetic cover to the chassis and make surr the edges of the top cosmetic cover fit the
sides of the chassis top, then slide the top cosmetic cover forward until the latches on the top
cosmetic cover are engaged with the chassis.

1.
Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this book.
2.
Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable.
3.
Lay the chassis down on its right side.
4.
Loose the screws securing the rubber foott to the chassis and then remove the rubber foott from chassis.
