COMMAND: SET 1020 Hz MODULATION PERCENTAGE
1020HZ %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the 1020 Hz modulation percentage and is produced only during VOR and LOC
modes of operation. The resolution is 0.01 %.
COMMAND: SET MARKER BEACON MODULATION PERCENTAGE
MKR %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the marker beacon modulation percentage of tone #1. This marker beacon signal is
produced only during the marker beacon mode of operation and has a program resolution of 0.01 %.
COMMAND: SET COMMUNICATION MODULATION % TONE #1
COM %MOD1= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the communication tone 1 signal modulation percentage. This command is only valid
during the communications (COM) mode of operation. The programmable resolution is 0.01 percent.
COMMAND: SET COMMUNICATION MODULATION % TONE #2
COM %MOD2= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the communication tone 2 signal modulation percentage. This command is only valid
during the communications (COM) mode of operation. The programmable resolution is 0.01 percent.
COMMAND: SET TOTAL PERCENT OF MODULATION
TOTAL %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command allows the total percent of modulation to be programmed within the VOR, LOC, G/S, and
COM modes of operation. This command changes all the percent mods. for a given mode equally. The
total may range from 0 to 99.00 % and can be specified with 0.01 % resolution.
COMMAND: SET EXTERNAL MOD MODULATION %
EMM %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the modulation percentage of the external modulating signal. This value is used only
in the external modulation mode (EMM) and represents the actual depth of modulation only with proper
level applied to the external modulation input.
COMMAND: SET ADF MODULATION PERCENTAGE
ADF %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT:
This command sets the ADF tone modulation percentage. This command is only valid during the ADF
mode of operation. The programmable resolution is 0.01 percent. The valid range is 0.0% to 99.00%.
COMMAND: EXTERNAL MODULATION INPUT ON/OFF
EXT MOD= AAA
FORMAT:
This command either switches "ON" the external modulation input to be summed with internally
generated audio, or switches the external modulation input "OFF".
