COMMAND: SET RF POWER LEVEL
RF LEVEL= [+][-] DDD[.DDDDD] [units]
FORMAT:
This command sets the RF generator power level to the specified level in either dBm, uV, or mV units.
The power units are specified following the data field. If a measure unit, either dBm, uV, or mV, is not
specified, the NAV 2000R will default the data to be in dBm units. Range limits are checked to insure the
user does not select a power level out of range for the selected mode of operation.
COMMAND: SET AUDIO OUTPUT LEVEL
AUDIO LEVEL= [D].DDD
FORMAT:
This command allows the adjustment of the audio output level specifying using Vrms with 0.001 Vrms
resolution. This command is only valid with VORa and LOCa audio control modes. The range allowed is
from 0 to1.000 Vrms.
COMMAND: SET RF OUTPUT FREQUENCY
RF FREQ= [DDD].DDDDD
FORMAT:
This command allows the adjustment of the RF Generator output frequency using MHz with 0.00001 MHz
resolution. The range allowed is from 0.150 to 450.000 MHz.
COMMAND: SET MARKER BEACON MODE
MKR MODE= AAAAA
FORMAT:
This command sets the current marker beacon mode of operation. The argument value must be any of
the three: OUTER, MIDDLE or INNER. With the execution of this command, the NAV 2000R will
automatically reset the marker frequency to the default value.
COMMAND: SET VOR BEARING
BEARING= DDD[.DD]
FORMAT:
The BEARING command sets the current VOR bearing. Values from 0 to 359.99 will be allowed.
COMMAND: SET DDM
DDM=.DDD
FORMAT:
The DDM set command allows the user to define the desired DDM value for Localizer and Glideslope
modes of operation. Issuing a subsequent modulation percentage set command, for either the 90 Hz or
150 Hz modulation percentages, overrides this command.
COMMAND: SET VOR REFERENCE (TO/FROM)
VOR REF= AAAA
FORMAT:
This command sets the current VOR reference as either being TO or FROM.
COMMAND: SET LOCALIZER REFERENCE (LEFT/RIGHT)
LOC REF= AAAAA
FORMAT:
This command sets the current Localizer DDM reference as either being LEFT or RIGHT. Issuing a
subsequent modulation percentage set command, for either the 90 Hz or 150 Hz modulation
percentages, overrides this command.
