|
The fragment file for a logical volume being

Probable Cause
| The logical volume could not be exported
| because of a library manager reported error
| during export processing.

| after waiting 60 minutes for a scratch stacked
| volume to be made available to the VTS.

Resolution Actions
1. Check intervention required messages on the library
manager console for the reason why the recall failed.
2. Correct the reason and retry the export operation.
Call an IBM Service Representative.
