Maint enance Access: When your barbecue is inst alled, you should be able t o access t he gas supply line
including t he gas piping or hose, gas r egulat or, gas cylinder and any shut off valves.
Part ial Enclosures: Many back yards hav e areas t hat are part ially closed off, such as balconies and
pergolas. I n som e cases, it is hard t o decide whet her t hese part ially enclosed ar eas should be classified as

Connect the Regulator to the gas Cylinder
Verify 'Gas Type' label & dat a plat e at t ached t o side of barbecue is cor r ect for t he gas y ou are about
t o connect t o.
The hose and r egulat or is connect ed t o t he BBQ and leak t est ed at fact ory. Do not disassem ble
unnecessarily.

N ot e :
I f m oving t he BBQ fr om one place t o anot her, nev er drag t he cylinder behind. Disconnect t he
cylinder first , m ov e, and re- connect once r eached t he new locat ion.
For st orage and cylinder ex change, disconnect hose at t he cylinder only, do not disconnect hose
from t he appliance.
I f y ou have purchased a t rolley wit h a Side- Burner, please r efer t o Tr olley inst ruct ion book for
corr ect connect ion of t he Side- Burner t o t he gas supply.
M a int e na nce
1. Use only soft clot h or sponge t o clean t he surfaces of barbecue and t hen car efully dry.
2. Avoid leaving acidic or alkaline subst ances on t he plat e. I t m ay cause discolourat ion and cor rosion.
3. Keep t he ignit ers pr obe clean. Wipe away any apparent wat er or dirt .
4. Clean t he unit aft er each use t o m aint ain t he appearance and prolong t he appliance's life. Do not
use corr osive m at erials or harsh det ergent s t o clean t he BBQ.
