This barbecue can be m ount ed ont o a m obile t r olley.
The Tr olley is packed in a separat e cart on. Please refer t o t he Tr olley inst ruct ion booklet for assem bly of
t he t r olley, and barbecue m ount ing.
Once t he barbecue had been properly inst alled, please check t he following:
1. Hood is fully engaged int o t he four slot s in t he barbecue's body.
2. All burners are in place corr ect ly and secur e
by an 'R' clip:
3. Vaporizers ar e inst alled individually on t he st eps abov e burner s, but under t he Grill ( not required
under t he Plat e) . They are insert ed int o t he posit ioning slot s like t his:
4. Cooking surfaces ( Grill and Plat e) are clean, and inst alled over t he bur ners and vaporizers.

Using Your Ba rbe cue :

Per form t he following check s:
Make sur e all connect ions ar e t ight , and leak- t est ed. Gas r egulat ors fit t ed wit h a hand- t ight ened wheel
m ust be checked t o ensure t hey are secur ed.
Check t hat all cont rol k nobs are in t he 'Off' posit ion, and t hat gas supply is t urned off.
Ensur e t hat t he Hood on t he barbecue, and t he Lid on t he side- burner are open. I f lids are closed t here
is a risk of gas accum ulat ing inside, and creat ing a danger ous sit uat ion.
The hose and r egulat or supplied wit h t his barbecue m ust be used at all t im es whilst operat ing t his
barbecue. I nspect t he hose and regulat or regularly for cracks or any sign of dam age. I f t her e is
excessive abrasion or w ear , r eplace only wit h a genuine BeefEat er r egulat or.
The bot t om panel of t he Barbecue is clean and free of any fat or ot her food r esidue.
