When using HTTP or TFTP to retrieve a CRL, you do not need to provide a
distinguished name for binding and authentication.

directly followed by the letter m, h, or d.
The default interval is 1 day (1d). The shortest time interval allowed is 601 seconds
(10 minutes and 1 second).
