The cooling fan is not operating.
Turn the power off, and allow the projector to cool
down at least 20 minutes. After the projector has

cooled down sufficiently, verify that no foreign matter

has become caught in the fan, etc., and then turn the
power on again.
If the same indication is displayed after this, contact
your dealer or service company.
The inside of the projector has possibly
become overheated.
Turn the power off, and allow the projector to cool
down at least 20 minutes. After the projector has
cooled down sufficiently, verify the following items,
and then turn the power on again.
• Are the vents blocked?
• Is the air filter dirty?

• Does the peripheral temperature exceed 45°C?
• If you are using the IN5132, IN5134, IN5134a or
• Is the ALTITUDE setting appropriate?
For ALTITUDE details, refer to ALTITUDE of
SERVICE in the OPTION menu (69). If the
projector has the wrong settings, it may damage the
projector itself or the parts inside.
It is time to clean the air filter.
Turn the power off immediately, and clean or change
the air filter according to section Cleaning and
Red
replacing the air filter. After cleaning or changing
the air filter, be sure to reset the filter timer.
The inside of the projector has possibly
become too cold.
Alternative
Use the unit within the usage temperature

parameters (0°C to 40°C or 45°C (User's Manual
(concise))). After you are finished, turn the power
back on.
At least 1 Power ON schedule is saved to the
projector.
