3. To input the new head voltage ID, select "Change data" in the screen in Figure 5-9 and
click "OK". When the screen below appears, input the new head voltage ID.
When you replaced the printhead, enter the 10 digit head voltage ID on the QR code
label on the upper surface of the head.

NOTE: When you read the head voltage ID from the QR code label, read the
figure from the left side to the right of the 1st line and then the left to the
right of the 2nd line.

4. When the head voltage ID is correctly input, the following screen appears.
If the head voltage ID is not correctly input, the following errors will be indicated on
the bottom of the screen according to the error type.
The number of digit is wrong.

(This error message is indicated when the number of digits you entered is less than
10 digit. When you are going to input more than 10 digit, it beeps and you cannot
enter more than 10.)
Check ID is invalid.

Third digit is wrong.
o
*1: When the figures you entered are within the parameter range but incorrect for your
printer, "Check ID is invalid" is indicated.
When any figures you entered are out of the parameter range, the program indicates "--
- (first, second, etc.) digit is wrong."
