Directory

You can use the directory to save station numbers and
additional information on contacts (up to 200 entries).
You can create a new entry:
• via the main menu
• via the menu if an entry is selected
• by importing from the redial list
• by importing from the LDAP database
You can use the Web interface to import a direc-
tory file from your PC to the directory and create
backup copies of your data
Possible entry fields are:
• "Surname:"
• "First Name:"
• "Phone (home):"
• "Phone (office):"
• "Phone (mobile):"
• "Department:"
• "Street:"
• "Post code:"
• "City:"
You must enter at least a station number before you can
save an entry.
All station numbers that are assigned to an entry
are available when dialing from the directory
