Using Callback
If an internal station is busy or if nobody answers, you
can save an automatic callback. This also applies to ex-
ternal calls over ISDN attendants. This feature saves you
from having to make repeated attempts to reach the us-
er.
You receive a callback
•
when the other party is no longer busy
•
when the user who did not answer has conducted
another call,
•
when a user with mailbox responds to your callback
request
If your telephone belongs to an ONS group (One
Number Service
following features:
Callback On Busy is indicated only on the busy
telephone, not in the whole ONS group.
Callback On No Reply is entered in the mailbox
an ONS group.
Storing a Callback
Precondition: You have reached a busy internal station
or nobody answers.

Confirm.

Select and confirm if the user activated call forwar-
ding. (In this case, you are called back from the call for-
warding destination.)
Answering a Callback
Precondition: A callback was saved.
The handset is ringing. "Cancel callback" appears display
indicating that the call signaled is a callback.
