2.2 Software Installation

2.2.1 Install PowerTool Software

1.
Insert the PowerTool installation CD to start the installation wizard
application.

If the installation wizard does not start automatically, select Start >
Run. In the Run dialog box, type D:\AutoRun.exe, where D: is the
specific CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive letter.

The Christie PowerTool 2.1 Setup window appears.
4.
Click Next. Accept defaults and click Next. Click Next. The
installation wizard installs any required third-party software, and then
installs PowerTool.

2.2.2 Uninstall PowerTool

There are two different methods for uninstalling PowerTool, depending upon
whether you are using Windows XP or Windows 7.

Windows XP

1.
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove
Programs.
2.
In the Add or Remove Programs window, select Christie
PowerTool 2.1, and click Remove.
3.
When prompted to confirm uninstallation, click Yes.

Windows 7

1.
Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
2.
In the Programs and Features window, select Christie PowerTool
2.1, and click Uninstall.
3.
When prompted to confirm uninstallation, click Yes.
