1.2 Using This Manual

This manual describes how to install and operate the Powerware 9390 IDC. Read and
understand the procedures described in this manual to ensure trouble-free installation and
operation.
The information in this manual is divided into the sections and chapters listed. At a
minimum, Chapters 1 through 3 and Chapter 5 should be examined.
