* For your safety, never operate the sunroof when the vehicle is moving.

OPENING AND CLOSING
CAUTION
• The sunroof can be operated when the ignition key is ON
position (engine is not running), however, to prevent the bat-
tery from discharging, operation under engine running is
recommended.
• When the sunroof operation is completed, release the switch.
If keeps pressing the switch, could be a cause of malfunction.
Especially in winter, never operate the sunroof if operation
areas are iced and wait for deicing.
• If the sunroof has been stopped at its open position due to
battery discharge or abrupt cut down of the supplying power,
press (A) section of the switch to fully open the sunroof then
press it again over 10 seconds, or press (B) section of the
switch to tilt the sunroof then press it again over 10 seconds.
This is for position recognizing operation to make the sunroof
work properly.
Sunroof Sliding Operation
1. To fully open the sunroof, briefly press the
section of the switch. To partially open
the sunroof, press and hold the button until
it reaches at the desired position.
2. The sunroof operation stops if you press the
switch during its operation.
3. To close the sunroof, press the
of the switch.
Sunroof Tilting Operation
To tilt up the sunroof, press the
section of the switch. To tilt down it,
press the section of the switch.
