3. Install the camshaft timing belt pulley.
a. Install the oil seal plate.
b. Install the timing belt cover No.2 together with the
grommet.
Tightening Torque: 5.2 - 7.8 fl-Ib
(0.72 - 1.08 kg-m)
c. Tighten the temporarily tightened flange bolt for
camshaft thrust ring correctly by the specified
torque.
Tightening Torque: 5.2 - 7.8 fl-Ib
(0.72 - 1.08 kg-m)
d. Align the knock pin
of
the plate washer with the
hole and install the timing belt pulley.
Tightening Torque: 25.5 - 38.2 ft-Ib
(3.52 - 5.28 kg-m)
4. Install the crankshaft inner flange and crankshaft
timing belt pulley.
NOTE: Be sure to install the crankshaft timing
belt pulley so that the "F" mark stamped on the
pulley faces the front side.
