Installing the Software
Refer to the Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 documentation
and online Help for more information on installing drivers and software
application programs, and configuring your computer's video display.
Installing the Windows 95 Driver
To install the Windows 95 driver:
1.
Turn on power to the computer and to the monitor, and allow the
computer to boot into Windows 95. Windows 95 detects that you
have added new hardware (the Intense 3D 100 board).
2.
When prompted to specify how you will install the driver, select
Driver from disk provided by manufacturer.
3.
Insert the diskette containing the Intense 3D 100 driver into the
floppy disk drive.
4.
In the Install from Disk dialog, select OK.
5.
Follow the prompts to install the driver.
6.
When prompted to restart the computer, select Yes.
If you have to reinstall the Windows 95 driver:
1.
Log on to Windows 95.
2.
Insert the diskette containing the Intense 3D 100 driver into the
floppy disk drive.
3.
Right-click the Windows 95 desktop. The Display Properties
dialog displays.
4.
Select Settings (tab); then select Change Display Type.
5.
In the Change Display Type dialog, select the Change button
beside the Adapter Type box.
6.
In the Select Device dialog, select Have Disk.
7.
Make sure A:\ displays in the Copy from manufacturer's files box,
and then select OK.
8.
Select Rendition Verite 1000 PCI, and then select OK.
9.
After the files have been installed, select Close.
10. Continue to select Close until prompted to restart the computer,
and then select Yes.
