These TechTips can help you make the most of Intense 3D 100. They
offer solutions for problems you may encounter.
NOTE

contacting Intergraph for help, see Chapter 6, "Getting Help."
Installation and Configuration
If you get no video output (including boot messages) after installing
Intense 3D 100 and restarting the computer, there may be a hardware
problem. Try the following:
1.
Replace Intense 3D 100 with the previous graphics accelerator, or
enable the on-board graphics accelerator.
2.
Return the computer's basic input/output system (BIOS) to its
default settings.
3.
Disable video (VGA) shadowing, video caching, and VGA palette
snooping settings in the BIOS.
4.
Reinstall the Intense 3D 100 board as instructed in Chapter 3,
"Installing the Hardware."
If there is still no video output, install Intense 3D 100 in a different PCI
expansion slot, and then restart the computer.
If there is still no video output, there may be a hardware problem with
the Intense 3D 100 board. Contact Intergraph for help.
If you have to resolve a hardware or Windows 95 resource conflict ,
try the following:
1.
Reboot the computer into Windows 95 Safe Mode.
2.
Select My Computer, Control Panel, System, Device Manager
(tab), and Display Adapters.
3.
Select and remove each listed video adapter card.
4.
Reboot the computer into Windows 95.
5.
Install and configure the Intense 3D 100 driver as instructed in
Chapter 4, "Installing the Software."
