If you do not enter the time and date or if you press STOP, the CHECK DISPLAY lamp
flashes the display will read as follows:
If you then set time and date select function 12 "Entering time and date".
If the fax machine has not yet been loaded with ink film and/or paper,
the CHECK DISPLAY lamp flashes, and the following
message appears on the display:
In standby mode (the display shows time and date) your fax machine is automatically in energy saving mode.
Plug the power connector into the back of the fax machine.
Plug the mains cable into the wall socket. The machine will carry out an
internal test.
