Open the duplexing document
feeder, and then carefully pull out
any documents.

Remove any documents on the
original glass, and then close the
duplexing document feeder.

Close the left-side and right-side
misfeed-clearing covers.

Reload the documents according to
the instructions that appear on the
touch panel.
