Before Making Copies Useful Operations Auto Panel Reset The machine automatically resets all modes and functions to their default settings if one minute has passed without the machine performing any operations. If the magnetic card is removed from the optional data controller, the machine assumes that the user has changed and automatically resets all modes and functions to their default settings.
Before Making Copies Queuing a job during warm-up An image can be scanned (a job can be queued) while the machine warms up after it is turned on. If a job is queued, printing begins after the copier has finished warming up (after about 5 minutes at normal room temperature (20 °C)).
