In Application Log, events related to the started application are recorded. In Security Log,
events related to the security are recorded. In System Log, events related to the system
configuration factors are recorded.
3. Click "Save Log File As..." command in Operation Menu.
4.
Enter a name of archive log file in "File Name" box.
5. Select a type of log file to be saved in "File Type" list box, and click "OK."
Refer to the Windows online help for more details.
IMPORTANT:
● Collect the information described below only when such is
requested by your maintenance company.
As to the hardware logs, however, it is recommended to collect
before asking for a support in order for your maintenance company
to identify and remove failed point quicker.
For customers without support contract, collect the hardware log
before asking for a support.
● When the system restarts after the failure, it may show a message
indicating that there is a shortage of virtual memory. Simply
continue the system startup. If the system is reset and then
restarted once again, the collection of failure information will fail.
IMPORTANT:
When STOP error, system error or system stall occurs, restart the
server before the log collection.
