Select "ActiveX Console" to start ActiveX console.Without installing special software on
the management PC, it is possible to use the KVM redirection function.
IMPORTANT:
• ActiveX Console can be used only with Internet Explorer.
• Before starting ActiveX Console, set Internet Explorer (7.0 or later) as follows.
Select [Internet Option]-> [Security tab] ->[Custom Level].
- Dialog is displayed automatically for ActiveX controls: Enable
- Download unsigned ActiveX controls: Display the dialog
• When security warning appears at starting ActiveX Console, select [Yes] or
[OK].
• When using Explorer 6.x, it is needed to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008
Redistributable Package(x86) which is able to be downloaded from the site of
Microsoft Download Center
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx)
• If IE is terminated, the ActiveX console will also be terminated since the
console works as the part of the IE process.
• Once started, ActiveX Console is stored in the cache of PC and is executed
from the cache the next time at starting. Clear cache to remove the ActiveX
consoles which were installed in the past completely by the procedure
described below.
Open "%SystemRoot%¥Downloaded Program Files" with explorer and
-
delete "M300V KVM Viewer" from the property which appears by
right-clicking.

Open command prompt,execute cmd.exe, and move to
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\, and delete AVCView.dll if it
exists.
