Using the Color-Coded Keys
You Want to:
Use an orange character or
function printed above a key.
Use a green character or
function printed above a key.
Lock the orange or green key to
stay on.
Unlock the green or orange key.

The numeric keypad is for applications that require mainly numeric
data. This keypad also lets you enter special characters, including the
alphabet, by pressing color-coded key sequences.
Each keypad provides color-coded keys to let you access additional
characters, symbols, and functions printed on the keypad overlay.
Once you understand how to use the color-coded keys and key
sequences, you can access all of the additional features printed on the
keypad overlay.
There are two color-coded modifier keys: the orange
green
key.
Press:
key (LED turns on) and
then the key with the character
or function printed above it
(LED turns off).
