Specify the number of seconds to wait after recieving a system log message before
sending an email in Delay to Send (s). This allows multiple system log messages to
accumulate before sending an email containing them all.
Messages per Email is the maximum number of system log messages that are allowed
to accumulate before sending the email. The default setting of 0 means unlimited, and is
typically appropriate for all systems but those that experience heavy traffic.

Network tests
Basic network diagnostic tests (ping, traceroute) can be accessed by clicking the
Network Tests tab at the top of the Diagnostics page.
USB
To display the current current Universal Serial Bus devices plugged in and detected by
the unit, click the USB tab at the top of the Diagnostics page.
The Vendor, Product and ID details are obtained by querying the devices directly. The
ID field is a combination of the Product ID, Vendor ID, and Serial Number. If this is
missing, or the same as any other devices, then configuring and using the device may be
unreliable.
The Driver field shows the driver module loaded to utilize the USB device. If this is listed
as (none), then the appropriate sub-system may not be currently enabled or the driver
may need to be manually loaded. Please see the Technical Support Knowledge Base for
a list of what devices are supported, and how to manually load drivers for devices that
aren't automatically detected.
Packet Capture
You can capture network traffic in a file, and then either download or decode the file by
clicking the Packet Capture tab at the top the the Diagnostics page. This can be useful
for diagnosing network problems. The downloaded file can be viewed using freely available
utilities such as Ethereal or tcpdump.
To start, select the Interface that you wish to capture packets on, and then click the Add
button. Click the Enable icon to begin capturing packets. Perform the network operation
that you which to capture. When finished, click the Disable icon. You can then either click
the Display button to decode the packets, or click on the Download link to download the
file.
