E Cappuccino consists of one-third each of espresso, hot milk
and milk foam. The Professional Cappuccino Frother (15) is
used for preparing the milk portion. When steam is drawn, a
vacuum is generated, which the Professional Cappuccino
Frother (15) uses to draw milk and produce the milk foam. You
can also heat up milk by turning the selector lever on the Pro-
fessional Cappuccino Frother to the Milk position (Fig. 20).
E To avoid malfunctions, the Professional Cappuccino Frother
(15) must be cleaned regularly.

becomes blocked with particles of milk residue or is incorrectly
assembled, the nozzle may disengage and come off, when the
frother is used.
T  Before using the Professional Cappuccino Frother for the
first time, remove the protective cover from the nozzle
(Fig. 6). The protective cover is used only during transport to
protect the nozzle against contaminant ingress.
