Put the oven shelf on the telescopic runners
so that the feet point downwards.
The high rim around the oven shelf is
an additional device to prevent cook-
ware from slipping.
Inserting the oven shelf and deep roast-
ing pan together
Put the oven shelf on the deep roasting
pan. Put the oven shelf and the deep roast-
ing pan on the telescopic runners. Hook the
holes on the edges onto the retaining pins
on the telescopic runners.
Meat probe
Meat probe measures the core temperature
of the meat. When the meat reaches set tem-
perature the oven switches off automatically.
Important! Only use the meat probe
supplied or genuine replacement parts.
Warning! Be careful when you remove
the tip and plug of the meat probe.
There is risk of burns.
1. Switch on the appliance.
2. Put the point of the meat probe into the
centre of the meat.
3. Put the meat probe into the socket on
the side wall of the oven.
4. Use the

to set the core temperature.
The display changes to the actual core
temperature.
The core temperature is displayed from
30 °C.
5. Set the oven function and, if necessary,
the oven temperature.
The appliance calculates the provisional
end time for the set core temperature
again and again. The display constantly
shows the new provisional end time.
The appliance calculates an approxi-
mate end time. An end time is different
for the different quantities of the food,
the set oven temperatures (minimum
120°C) and the operating modes. The
appliance calculates the end time in ap-
proximately 30 minutes.
