Initial Cleaning
• Remove all parts from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance before first use.
Important! Refer to chapter "Care and
Cleaning".
Setting the time
The oven only operates after time set.
When you connect the appliance to the elec-
trical supply or in case of a power cut, the
Time function indicator flashes automatically.

To switch the oven on or off.
To set the oven functions.
To check the current temperature of the oven.
To move between the clock functions and the meat probe func-
tion.
To set the values for temperature and time.
For cakes and biscuits.
• Deep roasting pan
To bake and roast or as pan to collect fat.
• Meat probe
To measure how far the meat is cooked.
To set the current time use the
ton.
After approximately 5 seconds, the flashing
stops and the display shows the time of
day set.
You can only change the Time of day
if :
• the switch-on lock is not on
• none of the clock functions Duration
or End
• no oven function is set.
