Memory scan searches through memory channel 1 to
99 for signals. Blank (unprogrammed) memory chan-
nels are skipped.
Push [V/M] to select memory mode, if necessary.
Push [MENU] to select
Push [F1] to select the scan menu.
Push [F1] to start/stop memory scan.
• The MHz and kHz decimal points flash during scan.
• At least 2 memory channels must be programmed for
memory scan to proceed.
• Rotating the tuning dial during memory scan cancels the
scan.
Select memory scan searches through memory chan-
nel set as "select" for signals. See below for
setting/deleting select memory channels
Follow the steps above to start memory scan.
During memory scan, push [F3] to toggle between
memory scan and select memory scan.
Push [F1] to stop the scan.
• At least 2 memory channels must be programmed for
memory scan to proceed.
• Rotating the tuning dial during memory scan cancels the
scan.
All memory channels except scan edges (P1, P2) can
be set as select memory channels.
While the scan menu is selected, push [F3] to toggle
a memory channels select setting.
• "SEL" appears when a channel is set as a select channel.
