If you work with a Linux operating system, use YaST to
configure your network card with the setting "DHCP", if
this setting is not already configured.

Insert one end of the red LAN cable to the computer's
network adapter.

Connect the other end of the network cable to the sock-
et on FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN labeled "LAN A" or "LAN B".

Please see the instructions in the section "Opening the

No additional driver installation is necessary on the computer.
Connecting FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN to a Network
Hub

Connect FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN to the power supply and
to DSL as described on Page 14.
2.
Connect one end of the red LAN cable to the uplink port
of the network hub or switch.
3.
Connect the other end of the network cable to the sock-
et on FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN labeled "LAN A" or "LAN B".
