Note:
The Océ IJC256 ink formulation causes a more sticky ink build-up between nozzle plates
compared to Océ IJC255 ink. This ink build-up requires cleaning with a lint-free cloth
wetted with flush, rather than a dry one. Follow up with a dry cloth to ensure that all
residual flush is cleaned from the surface. This ensures that the flush will not attract par-
ticulate matter from the environment and media surfaces, which can be re-deposited on
the recently cleaned surface if it is wet with flush.

Reposition the wipe so that a clean area is exposed.

Repeat steps 3 to 6 until all ink is removed from the spaces between printheads. Use a

Slide the maintenance station drawer to the closed position.
