TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter provides information necessary for keeping your unit in good
working order and remedying simple problems.
7.1
Preventive Maintenance
Regular maintenance is important for optimum performance. A maintenance
schedule should be established and should at least include the items below.

Do not open the equipment.
Hazardous voltage which can
cause electrical shock exists
inside the equipment. Only
qualified personnel should
work inside the equipment.

Check for tight connection.
The LCD will, in time, accumulate a
coating of dust which tends to dim the
picture. Wipe LCD lightly with soft cloth
to remove dust.
Check for tight connection and
corrosion.
Rem edy
Tighten loosened connectors.
Do not use chemical cleaners to
clean any part of the display unit;
they can remove paint and
markings.
Clean or replace ground wire as
necessary.
