The machine provides the broadcasting feature as an
additional fax mode.

Broadcasting

Broadcasting enables you to send the same document to multiple
recipients.
A maximum of 123 recipients can be specified at the same time. (Out
of the 123 recipients, 16 numbers can be specified with the numeric
keys.) If you specify a group, which is made up of several recipients, each
recipient in the group is counted as a separate recipient.
If you frequently send documents to multiple recipients, it is
recommended that you store those recipients as a group.
1.
Set documents.
Place the first page on the platen glass if you are not using the ADF.

Press [Additional Functions].

Press [

] to select <BROADCAST>,
then press [OK].
4.
Specify the recipient(s), then press [OK].
Use the numeric keys, one touch speed dialing keys, coded speed
dialing codes or [Address Book] key to specify recipients.
Be sure to press [OK] after entering the recipient's number if you use
the numeric keys. You can enter up to 16 different fax numbers using
the numeric keys.
5.
Repeat step 4 to enter all required recipients.
To check all the specified recipients, press [
display.
6.
Press [Start].
When you set the documents on the platen glass, press [Start] for
each document. When scanning is complete, press [OK] to start
dialing.
