The name specified in the disk.scsi0:0.filename catalog variable and
the name of the base metadata file residing in the folder must match. Therefore,
rename the base metadata file FreeBSD 8.0 beta2 i386.vmdk to
scsi0-0-0-FreeBSD 8.0 beta2 i386.vmdk:

Share the folder C:\tmp\FreeBSD 8.0 beta2 i386 so that it is accessible
from the VirtualCenter Server system.
5.
Log in to the VirtualCenter Server system and open the VMware Converter user
interface.
6.
Click the Convert Machine button to open the Conversion wizard.
