Execution of NNM_perl_compiler_path
Data_Protector_home\bin\*.ovpl failed.
Action
Ensure that path\HP OpenView\NNM\bin is in the PATH and scripts are in the
Data_Protector_home\bin directory. Otherwise, the command that starts
NNMpre.ovpl or NNMpost.ovpl fails.
